That's exactly me! I seriously get nervous if I realize I've left the house with nothing to cover my arms if I get cold. But it turns out, I WILL survive without it!

O M G. I totally understand this. My hoodie is required attire for daily outings. I buy in multiples and always have one with me...even in the summer. I'll go into a restaurant and have to put it on within 5 minutes. Maybe it is more a mental thing than a "I'm cold" thing....something to ponder.
