Yeah, you have fun with that half... I'm sticking with 5Ks for now, I've still got plenty of room to improve. :)

John and I are still thinking about doing that race at the Big House on October 4. Waiting till it gets a little closer to make sure our work schedules work.

Are you guys planning to do a half in NC? It better be somewhere near us so we can cheer you on!

I agree, it gets addicting (hence why I'm on state 8 this coming weekend, haha). And when they give you a medal? Watch out! :)

Again, awesome time! You have so much to be proud of!!! And I just noticed your update, already doing 2 miles the next day. Way to keep going (PS - that little dancing girl on your Nike Mini creeps me out!)!

You could always do the Detroit Half in October (I'm doing the full) ;) - John could come up to watch us battle...Delaware State and you could run a half that has an underwater international mile...just a thought!
